:) How about {singlepass} or {onepass} or {alltogethernow} or {noseparate}

We really need a little generic section that says
:<production command> {attributes for production, like inonego} target
{attributes for build step} : sources
and explains at least the common attributes. This should go in the user
guide. Shall I?
