I'm making a tool for DMC (Digital Mars C/C++ compiler, same backend as
DMD). I will submit it when I get all the rectests to work (I don't
understand why no. 14 crash, same thing happens when I use the cl clone 
from Open Watcom (which worked last time I ran the tests a long time ago)).

I'm also thinking that there should be a C_DEPEND_ACTION, 
D_DEPEND_ACTION etc, so the tools can define their own depend actions if
there is something built in.
