it seems using the publish attributes way to do that, aap also
only updates the remote files, when the local file has changed.

aap does not seem to care for the remote file really? I changed
the remote file, but 'aap publish' did not update that file,
even when the local file actully is different. Only when I
actually change the *local* file, it 'publishes'/updates the remote
file.

So then, to be honest, I again don't really understand why that
above does not work? Or why does it need to take the remote
files signatures, when that actually does not seem to have some
influence, or has it?
