Hi all,

There is a prerelease of pyqt memaid at http://allserv.ugent.be/~pbienst/pub

It's a fully functional stand-alone client with support for categories and
XML.

Although it works fine in isolation, I'm not going to release it yet, because
it doesn't integrate well with the superkaramba widget. Passing data back and
forth between the two programs sometimes causes crashes, which I think are
due to the fact that part of my datastructures are in Python and part of it
in C.

So before I release, I plan to move to an all Python datastructure for the
elements. I was going to do so anyway for a later version, because it has the
advantage of a more efficient implementation of categories and a 'free'
binary data format based on Python's pickle.

Cheers,

Peter
