xmltv-0.5.42 released

xmltv 0.5.42 is out.  This has grabber fixes, particularly to 
tv_grab_za, tv_grab_fr, tv_grab_uk_rt and tv_grab_uk_bleb. 
tv_grab_es_digital no longer works but you can use tv_grab_es instead 
for some channels.

All the grabbers now support the standard --days and --offset options.

The source tarball is on Sourceforge:

The Windows binary release will come later.
