Notice to tv_grab_na_dd users

Zap2It's Data Direct Service (source for tv_grab_na_dd data) is having
some technical problems and have *TEMPORARILY* restricted data to 3
days.

Please monitor the zap2it forum or the XMLTV users list for further
updates.

Everyone can help the situation by scheduling tv_grab_na_dd to run
during the *DAY*, not in the middle of the night.  High overnight usage
is one of the causes of the problem.
