XMLTV 0.5.2 Windows binary release

Windows binaries for xmltv-0.5.2 are now available.

Or rather, Windows _binary_.  To save disk space there is now a
single executable xmltv.exe which combines all the different
programs.  So instead of running 'tv_check --scan' you will say
'xmltv tv_check --scan'.  Apart from that, usage should be the same.

We might or might not keep this system for future releases, but at the
moment it does a good job cutting the download size from twelve
megabytes to around two.  Thanks to Robert Eden for building the
executable and working out this trick.

You can download the zipfile at

should not have any system requirements other than MS Windows and an
Internet connection.  Please report bugs to the xmltv-users mailing
list.
