xmltv 0.5.3 released

Version 0.5.3 of xmltv is out.  This is mostly a release to fix
tv_grab_na after changes to the website it scrapes.  But there are
also bugfixes to other grabbers, filter programs, and tv_check.

Following reports from users, some of the version requirements have
been bumped.  You may need to get the latest version of XML::Twig and
libwww-perl if you're not already using them.

Please get the xmltv-0.5.3 sources from
<http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=39046>.  A
Windows binary release should follow.

Apologies to the authors of the grabbers for New Zealand and for
Australia, because of the need to get this release out quickly I have
not been able to include those new grabbers.  Barring any further
strokes of bad luck I should be able to include them in 0.5.4.
