Release 0.3.1 is out, this patch release includes a couple of easy
additions
  - support for associating icons (image file references) to
    channels, programmes, programme ratings and programme star-ratings
  - support in getlistings_na to grab and emit icon elements in channel
    output.

and an overhaul of the cookie support in getlistings_na to support
perl package LWP version 5.61 and 5.62.
