XMLTV 0.4 released

Version 0.4 is out.  This has mostly internal rather than user-visible
changes, but includes bugfixes for getlistings_na (the change of year
from 2001 to 2002 was causing problems) and enhancements for
getlistings_uk_ananova (there are now some channel packages you can
select, for example 'gratis' grabs all free-to-view digital channels).

Internally, the file format has changed to have a single XML file for
both channels and programmes, so there's no longer a separate
channels.xml file.  A couple of DTD bugs in the last release have been
fixed.  The XMLTV.pm module has been rewritten and now provides an
interface to read and write all parts of XMLTV files.  Most of the tools
have been rewritten to call XMLTV.pm rather than using Perl's XML
modules directly.

Also new in this release is Robert Eden's tvcheck, which reads a
listings file and a separate XML file of what shows you like to watch
and warns about any that are not being shown at the accustomed time.
This is the opposite approach to pick_cgi.

Apologies to those people whose contributions I wasn't able to include
in this release, I just ran out of time and wanted to get 0.4 out before
the new year.  There will be another release as soon as possible to
merge in a couple of things; I plan to focus a bit more on ease of use
and tidier installation.

you have to wait half an hour to see whether the file will eventually
