Version 0.4.1 is ready to roll. This again is mostly internal changes
and minor bug fixes. Highlights include:

getlistings_uk_ananova
 - better support for 'gratis' channels.

tvcheck
 - rewrite, and output now includes episode details.

getlistings_na
 - improved identification of languages specified in program details
 - provider list during configure ordered as on www page
 - .xmltv_na format change, no longer requires internal zap2it ids just
   channel description.
 - properly deals with cable providers supplying the same station schedule
on both an analog and digital channel. (reason for config change)
 - no longer warns about program details about sports teams win/loss stats
that appear in program details in the form '([0-9]-[0-9])'
 - no longer warns about program details containing '(Cont'd)', which appear
on digital music channels where they want the listings to appear, but
   the content actually doesn't
 - fixed scraping problem where programs starting between 12pm and
1pm with end times within that 12th hour we're getting adjusted
by 24 hour instead of 0. - thanks Ed for this bug report.

More details (as if you'd want more :) are included in the ChangeLog
in the release.
