xmltv 0.5.5 released

Version 0.5.5 of xmltv is out, fixing bugs in tv_grab_uk and
tv_grab_na; adding a new grabber tv_grab_nz for New Zealand; and
adding channel selection to tv_grab_sn.  There are also some small
fixes to the XMLTV.pm library.

The source package should be a simple upgrade for existing users, but
if you want to run the new tv_grab_nz you will need Python installed.
The Windows binary package, which is also available, does not include
tv_grab_nz although we hope to add a Windows executable for it in a
future release.
