xmltv 0.5.6 released

Version 0.5.6 of xmltv is out, we've:
  - added a new grabber tv_grab_fi for Finnish listings
    (warning, tv_grab_fi has a new dependency on HTML::TreeBuilder)
  - added a new filter program tv_split to break up listings files
    by date and channel.
  - fixed tv_grep to filter on the presence of any element inside
    <programme>.
  - fixed some small bugs in some of the other grabbers
    (tv_grab_uk now lets you select all national radio stations;
     tv_grab_nz is working again)
  - added more error checking in the XMLTV.pm library.
  - tv_grab_na has been updated to deal with recent zap2it changes
    and forces fully quialified icon urls.
