xmltv-0.5.20 released

Version 0.5.20 of xmltv is out.  This fixes a bug that affected many
grabbers when countries changed timezones from summer to winter time
last weekend.  The output times from grabbers should now be correct.

There is also a crash fixed in tv_grab_hu and smaller bug fixes to
tv_grab_na and tv_grab_nz, plus other minor fixes.

The tv_imdb filter now handles more programme details (though you will
need to rerun --prepStage 3 and 5 to rebuild its database) and a new
filter programme tv_remove_some_overlapping removes a few of the
pointless overlapping programmes that some listings sources generate.
