Well, it is more like leading the horse to water.
We shall see if the horses decide to drink (and
use the template suggestions).  Having worked
on many different projects with many different
bug reporting systems, it never hurts to try to
collect all the required data at the initial contact.
It does not always work, but it works often
enough to make it worth adding the template.
