Initial versions of Issue and Pull Request templates pushed to github. Feedback appreciated from anyone interested. Too much/little? Any important information capture missed? These templates can be checked (including their styled previews) by pretending to open a new issue/PR. Just remember *not* to actually submit one... Thanks, Nick
