We can start preparing for it.

I want to make a change to tv_grab_na_dd as the SD-DD service now 
support https!  (originally it was designed to match Tribune's service 
exactly, which was http only)

It's also been asked that I try to make a 64 bit windows version of 
xmltv.exe (so tv_imdb works) ...  I can try and get that done this week.
