alpha-exe and tv_grab_na_dd updated

I pushed an update to tv_grab_na_dd that uses SSL with Schedules Direct 
(ensure the password is encrypted).  This is a break from the old 
Gracenote procedure, but since HTTP is still available, everything 
should still work.

If you need to use tv_grab_na_dd without SSL, you can define the 
environment variable

DD_SERVICE=http://dd.schedulesdirect.org/tech/tmsdatadirect/schedulesdirect/tvDataDelivery.wsdl

I've also updated http://alpha-exe.xmltv.org with the current git versions.
