alpha-exe updated

I've updated the alpha-exe with the current commits.

I've been unsuccessful in getting all the packages working with the 
latest Strawberry Perl on windows 64 bit.  That's why there still isn't 
a 64 bit xmltv.exe (needed for tv_imdb due to memory requirements)

In addition, I've been notified by Activestate that they have 
discontinued the PerlApp product used by XMLTV.EXE, so a new solution is 
needed for later releases of perl.  If anyone has any suggestions, let 
me know.
