Maintainership for eu_epgdata grabber

Hi folks,

Philip Hahn (https://github.com/pmhahn) is going to take over the  
maintainership for the eu_epgdata grabber, since he actually still  
uses the grabber is much better with Perl than I am. I'm not sure if  
there's anything more necessary than giving him write access to the  
GitHub repo, so please let me know if I can do anything for getting  
this handover done.
