Still trying to get some resolution from end-users on pt_vodafone and
uk_tvguide. Apart from those, things are looking good for a release.

I've updated all Dockerfiles for current releases and disabled pt_meo,
and should commit an update for tv_grab_fr in the next day or so.

Does anyone have any questions before we push 0.6.2 out (this weekend?)
