Last time I tried to get things working with Strawberry it failed for 
some things.   I've since finished migrating to a new PC, and I'll try 
again.  It's been a while.

There is also an issue with Activestate dropping support for PerlApp and 
then XMLTV.EXE.   I'm not sure what solutions there are for an easy to 
distribute Windows module.
