And that shows my lack of Windows perl
knowledge, as I thought there was now a
way to build a standalone perl executable
with strawberry perl, and was now the
(only?) documented way(*) to do so now
that Activestate had dropped their support.

You are the Windows expert here, so
obviously I'll defer to your expertise.


(*) Using either PAR::Packer or something
else?
