Re: new alpha windows xmltv.exe

Hi, 
Operator of xmltv.xmltv.se here. 
There shouldn't be any issue with the source. The files are hosted on backblaze with a cdn in front. 
So it should be cached for an hour after fetched. 

There might be an issue with the connection between Carsten and the CDN. 
If you can do a MTR i will message our cdn provider and see if there is any issue on their side.
