To second what Geoff said, I think "we" are not
really going to know (it is the expert writing any
documentation problem, as one already knows
how to do it all the docs miss important steps
and reasoning).

Instead, perhaps it might be useful to try to
privately reach out to some of the people
who have asked questions about the Windows
app (both recently, and further back) and ask
them about their experience, and to ask how
it could have been better (and to define what
better means for them) and if any would be
able or willing to contribute any docs/ideas
to help the next windows user.
