Time for new release?

Hey all,

I would like to get a new release out over the weekend if I can.

I've run a set of userland tests, and have noticed the following issues:

i) pt_vodafone failing again due to SSL weak-DH issues with new
OpenSSL - I've updated the grabber which has resolved things during
testing here.

ii) uk_bleb seems to be have been down now for several weeks (unless
I've been testing during down periods and it's been providing listings
the rest of the time). I've contacted upstream to see if listings are
down permanently.

No other significant issues noted.
