IRC, Freenode and OFTC

Dear all,

As Freenode seems to be imploding as I write this, I've registered
#xmltv on OFTC for those users who prefer to contact projects over IRC
(and for our own RTC).

I've been offline from IRC recently, but we've had activity on IRC
since the channel opened and it seems prudent to continue to have a
presence.
