I just verified it and it seems that the alpha.exe does not contain _il 
(or _fi_sv)

I don't know why it's not contained, maybe because of incompatible 
depencencies?

So for now the only option seems to be installing a perl environment on 
windows,
but I don't know an easy way to do that :(
