A few more XMAS change requests:

Change "Children's Hospital at Christmas"
To "Children's Hospital" / "Christmas Special"

Change "Chris Moyles' Christmas Quiz Night"
To "Chris Moyles' Quiz Night" / "Christmas Special"

This one has historically always had Christmas in the title.  It is on
BBC4 this year.  I suggest putting it back to its Christmas title and
if BBC4 are going to expand to new shows outside of the Christmas
period we change the title back then.  Using the previous title will
ensure recording rules will pick up this show this year etc.

Change "Royal Institute Lectures"
To "The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures"
(keep existing SubTitle information however)
