Sorry for replying to myself but in addition to above (sorry I missed a few):

Change "The Graham Norton New Year's Eve Show"
To "The Graham Norton Show" / "New Year's Eve"

Change "Top of the Pops Christmas"
To "Top of the Pops" / "Christmas"

We need to standardise on one of these (I pref TOTP2 and I think this
is what on screen graphics etc use but not sure):
Change "Top of the Pops 2"
to "TOTP2"
