Re: tv_grab_uk_rt users: Channel updates

i) Support for ITV1 +1 based on the 8 macro-regions in
England/Wales/Scotland/NI:

London: tsod.plus-1.london.itv1.itv.co.uk
Central: tsod.plus-1.central.itv1.itv.co.uk
Granada/Border: tsod.plus-1.granada.itv1.itv.co.uk
Meridian/Anglia: tsod.plus-1.meridian.itv1.itv.co.uk
Yorkshire/Tyne Tees: tsod.plus-1.yorkshire.itv1.itv.co.uk
West/Westcountry/Wales: tsod.plus-1.west.itv1.itv.co.uk
STV/Scottish Border: tsod.plus-1.central.stv.tv
UTV: tsod.plus-1.u.tv


ii) Support for reduced hours ITV2 +1 on Freeview. Channel is now
broadcast 1900-0400 since moving to new multiplex:

ITV2 +1 (Freeview): tsod.plus-1.freeview.itv2.itv.co.uk


iii) Remove ITV4 +1 from Sky Digital availability
