Re: tv_grab_uk_rt users: Channel updates

The latest update adds a source of listings for the ITV1 +1 West
macro-region using ITV1 Wales. It has been reported on several sites
that ITV1 +1 West region is not using a timeshift of ITV1 West but of
ITV1 Wales.

Users in the ITV1 West region who have recently configured the new
ITV1 +1 channel are therefore advised to use the new channel ID:

tsod.plus-1.wales.itv1.itv.co.uk

to get ITV1 +1 Wales-based listings.


If the use of macro-regions is a sign of things to come it seems
worthwhile creating new "macro-region" based IDs for such channels.
This will allow:

i) XMLTV IDs to stay accurate over time
ii) silent changes to the underlying source of timeshifted/HD-flagged
source listings without user intervention.
iii) real-world user reports of what's actually being shown to be used
in addition - and sometime preference - to information from
broadcasters.
