   OK, for tomorrow night's Fringe on Sky One at 22:00 BST (so 21:00 GMT) 
XMLTV reports:

   <programme start="20110330220000 +0100" stop="20110330230000 +0100" 
channel="sky-one.sky.com">
     <title>Fringe</title>
     <sub-title>Reciprocity</sub-title>

   .. which I think is right.  My MythTV box says it's on at 21:00.  So far 
as usual date references go, the time given is localtime, with the localtime 
offset given as a supplementary field.  On my Linux box, the local and 
RFC-2822 date is:

Tue Mar 29 12:58:01 BST 2011
Tue, 29 Mar 2011 12:58:01 +0100


   And Radio Times says it's on at “30/03/2011~22:00~23:00~60”.  So they're 
giving the time locally (BST) and I reckon the grabber's correcting for this.
