tv_extractinfo_en problem again!

Hope you've finished the bathroom, because....

tv_extractinfo_en seems to be crashing again, but since last time I've learnt 
a bit about debugging it, so I have some better information for you :-)

I saw the error while it was "munging", so I uncommented the logging line in 
the "munge" subroutine, and found this.

These are the last few lines of the trace before the crash...

Looks like tv_extactinfo_en is interpreting the 2.75 as a time, and as an 
illegal one? Should it be trying to work out times from the <desc> field
in the first place?!?!
