Newsgroups discontinued but still listed.

Hi,

I was trying to find the latest xmlTV version and found that two of the four 
newsgroups on:

http://wiki.xmltv.org/index.php/XMLTVProject#Mailing_lists

are gone.

Announce and cvs.

Perhaps announcements could be made here listing the latest version and a 
link to the download page.
