Yes I agree it is difficult especially as in the past I have reported
shows that have added an "All New" which was then removed by a fix up
in the grabber.  e.g. like "Total Wipeout" and "All New Total Wipeout"

Perhaps removing the "All New" and not purposely adding "All New" is
the way to go but we need at least some decent meta data so we can
just record the new shows.

It just doesn't seem correct having the same shows but actually a
different show with multiple series 1 episode 1 in the metadata (or
worse still just multiple E1 with no regard to the series).
