How do I add a single channel to my XMLTV config?  My current config 
looks like:

encoding=utf-8
cachedir=/home/mythtv/.xmltv/cache
title-processing=enabled
utf8-fixups=enabled
country=England
postcode=BS7
lineup=freeviewhd
full-lineups=enabled

I've tried adding:

channel=hd.central-macro.itv1.itv.co.uk

With no joy ...

Do I have to remove the lineup specified, and list each channel?
