tv_grab_huro

Hi,

I appreciate XMLTV HU-RO implementation including CZ programs, but
unfortunately some of CZ channels don't work, although its source seems to
be fine. Especially this content of .conf file:
country cz # Czech
channel 20021 HBO
channel 20022 HBO2
channel 20039 Cinemax
channel 20076 Cinemax 2
channel 20087 HBO Comedy
don't retrieve any program, although channel URLs are fine and there is
content there:
