I could however find it in the following article:

So I manually added the following line to my configuration file:

channel=cbhb

And now I have BBC Entertainment:

  <channel id="cbhb">
    <display-name lang="en">BBC Entertainment</display-name>
    <icon
src="http://images.atlas.metabroadcast.com/pressassociation.com/channels/p131756.png"
/>
  </channel>

Please refer to the above article for more details, but I believe that
the problem is that not all channels that exist have a platform or
region associated with them, so if you're only showing channels that
appear in a given platform you're missing a few.
