Re: xmltv exe instructions?

Just to expand on Geoff's explanation a bit (which I've not repeated 
here since it's not really referenced.. or did I just reference it?)

Jeremy, I suspect you were sent to xmltv by an application that only 
referenced the alpha exe, not the normal distribution.

The official Windows distribution is a zip file at 
http://files.xmltv.org.  The current one is xmltv-0.5.67-win32.zip

In that zip file:
         xmltv.exe  (of course)
         readme.txt :  has some good information ( I looks like it needs 
a little tweaking, I'll do that before the next release)
         doc/quickstart   : referenced by the readme, is a good 
introduction. (I'll see if I can add a *.txt extention in the build script)
         doc/man/*.txt :  man pages for each bundled command.
         a share directory that would be automatically detected if you 
keep xmltv.exe where it is.

To install, you just unzip the zip file and 
\access\the\path\to\xmltv.exe  (or add it to your path)

If you want to replace xmltv.exe with the alpha version, go for it..  
The zip just includes the documentation.
