   Well, that's serendipitous.  I shall have to look into that, maybe 
even stumping up for the month's “test” subscription (a week may be too 
short to play).

   My suspicion is that the channel IDs will be different, though, so I 
reckon at a minimum I'll have to go through all my channels fixing their 
xmltvid values.  Can anyone confirm?  Indeed, has anyone checked out the 
quality of their UK listings?


   In the meantime, I'm nobbling my [existing] Altas grabber wrapper to 
only fetch the next 24 hours, the subsequent 24 hours (both to catch 
late changes), in 12 day's time (to feed the listings) and in 7 day's 
time (to catch errors/omissions from the 12-day's time fetch), on a 
per-channel basis and with a 5-second sleep between requests, which 
should drastically reduce load on the server and keep me going until I 
have time to investigate migration.

   I've done the process by hand and it all seems to work out OK 
(explicit calls to tv_grab_uk_atlas, then tv_cat to collate them).  I've 
just got to test the script, but that won't be till later today.

   I'll post it when I'm done in case anyone's interested, but it's not 
designed for external consumption, so you'll need to heavily customise 
it for your set-up (I fetch twice, once for Freeview and again for 
satellite, and automatically create the xmltv config. files from the 
current d/b xmltvid values.  And you'll have all my logging setup :)
