Well there was a bit of discussion a while ago when Atlas came on the scene - and it was expected that there'd be changes that would mess up previously recorded detection. One thought was to simply nuke the old-recorded list and accept that I'd get a lot of old episodes popping up. I can see that it'll be a right PITA for a while, but I suspect it'll subside after a year or two :-(
