Hi! The configure thing is an option of the grabber, so you need

xmltv.exe tv_grab_na_dtv --configure (etc.)

And then you can do the grab.

In Windows world, the xmltv.exe is a place where you run xmltv functions.
The docs are written to that environment, so any time you see a doc
instruction, for Windows you need to start it with xmltv.exe.
