Hello Bob,
the command worked. I've also found the related conf file.
Unfortunately, the error message in Freeguide was the same. Then I've
found the same option in Freeguide ("Sender auswählen" in German). Now
it workes.
Thank you very much. Problem solved.

xmltv-0.5.70-win32, but nothing (really nothing) worked.
In the doc they say something about tv_check - but there
is no file with that name. An every command with xmltv
