Poll: What bug systems have you integrated with BK?

My company is starting to shop for replacement SCM tools.  The biggest
two items we need to replace is the version control "tool" (I
use that word loosely when applying to our current software) and the
bug/defect/issue tracking system.

I'm evaluating several products; and given our requirements I think
BitKeeper fits the version control side very well.  I'm sure BK/Bug
would fit the bug/issue tracking system equally well, but since it is
not available yet for the mass public we'd need a different solution
for at least some period of time.

Mainly I'm interested in success stories about integrating a bug system
with BitKeeper.  Integration such as having a BitKeeper trigger update
the bug with the cset key and cset description whenever a developer
pushes a cset into the main development repository, then later being
able to query by bugs fixed in this release and get the cset keys back.

Specifically, I'm looking for information such as:

  - What bug system are you using?
  - How does the BK trigger send data to it?
  - How does the BK workflow interact with the bug system's workflow?

etc.
