The machine running BK/Web needs to be accessible from the Internet using the hostname seen by BK. With the Unix/Linux version this can be set with the BK_HOST environment variable in case you use internal hostnames. I don't know the equivalent for the Windows version. Perhaps one of the BK gods can fill in precisely which ports need to be open.
