Issue in CVS--Urgent

Hi,

I am facing problem in add a new user in our CVS.It was working fine and I have already added number of users.but suddenly it started giving this error.
error I am getting is:

C:\>set cvsroot=:sserver:myname@systemname:/CVSREPOS

C:\>cvs login
cvs login: Unknown method (`sserver') in CVSROOT.
cvs [login aborted]: Bad CVSROOT: `:sserver:myname@systemname:/CVSREPOS'.


Please help me to solve this issue, as we are stuck at this point.
