Hmmm, curious.  From Jens reply, it's not cvsnt that is prompting for 
the password, but rather SSH after cvsnt has passed the request on to 
it.  The situation may be a little different in Windows, since SSH is 
not a native protocol there.

On platforms with a native SSH implementation, it comes with an 
ssh-agent program (undoubtedly why cvsnt on Windows named the equivalent 
cvsagent.)  I'm curious how the Windows implementation is working.  You 
say that WinCvs pops up a password prompt for SSH.  I'm guessing it 
gives it back to cvsnt, which then fires up cvsagent to remember it.

If my hypothesis about how all this works is correct, then yes, this 
would be a cvsnt issue.  You should be able to find some discussion of 
cvsagent in the cvsnt site.
