was it also too much to keep it in cvsgui/common ?????  ;)
What's about moving it back to common? 

Btw, there are several files under cvsgui/WinCvs which are quit equal to
files in cvsgui/common. We should think about moving/merging them back
to cvsgui/common. For example WinCvs/GraphView.* and common/UCvsGraph.*.
