That is different from what Oliver did, so we could have additional "Shell Context" menu. But I am not sure it's very usefull - we have the Explore button which opens Windows Explorer and allows to access all OS file management functions. No reason to duplicate all that since it's not related to CVS at all. But if you have a working code we could add it, it doesn't hurt to have more functions.
